A Glimpse of the new Home

Here are a few photos of our little apartment. There is obviously still a lot of work to be done. As soon as our budget allows I am going to buy paint to cover the navy blue walls in our bedroom and to paint the nursery a misty green.

William loves to sit up and play with his toys now. Most times play time ends when he loses his balance and bonks his head on the floor. He is enjoying all the new found space in our apartment.

New Place

We finally found an apartment. It's in an older house a block away from my little brother and his wife. It is just a small one bedroom place with a little extra room/closet with windows we are using as a nursery. For the first time, William is able to have his own room. We love it. The old home has large windows and a big front porch. It has a lot of character and is still in need of some work (like painting and putting shelves up) but we are moved in and settling nicely.

Updates on Little William..
He weighs over 15 lbs now.
He sat up on his own a few days ago.
He is shoulder crawling and loves to lay on his belly.
He is loving books and any bright fabric.
He smiles and giggles at pretty much everything and always has something in his mouth.

He is sleeping through the night! He goes to bed around8:30, wakes up once around 5am, eats and goes back to bed till 7am when his father gets him up and they make the morning coffee together.
