Here are some long overdue photos.
A month or so ago William and I took a last minute trip down to Wallowa County to visit Lindsey and Darcy who were house sitting for some friends. Eddie was gone for work again and I was tired of being home alone for yet another week, so a vacation seemed like a grand idea. And it was. The Wallowa mountains were as magnificent as ever, the lake was crisp and clear, and Lindsey and Darcy were wonderful hostesses. We spent the mornings sitting on the patio enjoying the view, amazing coffee and some time to crochet. We went shopping in Joseph, visited friend in Enterprise and went to Wallowa lake for a quick and cool swim. In the evening we visited and made baklava. William and Darcy had a wonderful time too. Darcy sat around like a sweet little girl while William tried to poke her in the eyes. We got home just in time to unpack and clean up a bit before Eddie came home. It was perfect.
